Whether you are a beginner or wish to deepen your existing practice, our dedicated instructors will help guide and enhance your mind, body and spirit. We believe in creating a community that care and support each other on our paths to health and well-being.
We offer numerous types of yoga and fitness classes, heated and non-heated, including three levels of Vinyasa classes, Yoga Fundamentals, Restorative Yoga, Hot 26 (26 poses in a heated environment), Total Body Conditioning, Core Conditioning, and our new Barre classes! This new class begins Monday, September 9. A non-aerobic class focuses on strengthening your core.
Tuesday, September 13. 7:00 pm-8:30 pm. Slow yoga flow and playful dance exercises. No experience necessary.
