Robin began her yoga journey over 20 years ago to help her train for triathlons. It didn’t take long for her to fall in love with it and so she starting teaching. Throughout her fitness journey she always made yoga a part of her routine. It has helped her both physically and mentally through challenges in her life. It has been her dream to share her love for yoga and overall fitness with people around her. She has a passion to help others and is hoping that her studio will be a place for everyone to enjoy. Opportunities are endless for new yogis in the amazing two-room studio. The Yoga Wave family is eager to expand and welcome new members with open arms.
