Yoga Fundamentals

This class teaches the mechanics of foundational yoga poses and provides the tools necessary for developing a sustainable yoga practice. Class moves at a slow pace, allowing students time to explore fundamental aspects and alignment of postures. Class includes instruction, demonstration of proper body mechanics, and how to utilize props for support. Yoga Fundamentals provides the necessary foundation to advance to Flow 1 and Flow 2 classes.


Vinyasa Flow – Level 1

Building off of Yoga Fundamentals, Flow 1 classes emphasizes breath, movement and alignment, as it explores more advanced postures. Classes begin with a warm-up through sun salutations and progresses through sequences that build strength and flexibility, with focus on proper alignment and safety. The room is gently heated. Flow 1 is a physically challenging class suitable for all levels, from beginner to seasoned practitioner.


Vinyasa Flow – Level 2

Flow 2 emphasizes flowing with breath and movement through more advanced postures at a faster pace. Set to music in a heated room, classes are dynamic and offers more challenging postures and variations based on the fundamentals of Flow 1 classes. Teachers bring their own creative element to Flow 2, resulting in diverse and inspiring classes. Each class focuses on proper alignment techniques in safe and sequencing progressions.


Flow – All Levels

Flow All Levels combines alignment, breath, and movement as the sequence takes you postures of all levels at a moderate pace. Set to music in a heated room, classes are dynamic and offer modifications, as well as up-level options for the postures to allow students space to find their most optimal version of each pose. This class is designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and expand awareness of the breath and body.


Total Body Conditioning

Class begins with an active, full body warm-up designed to engage the core and prepare all major muscle groups. The class utilizes resistance training, body weight, bands, weights, and cardio exercises to accelerate change in the body, build strength, and increase core stability. Classes finish with gentle stretching and a light cool down. This challenging and fun class is taught in a gently heated room to the beat of high-energy music and provides balance to your practice.


Core Conditioning

This class is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class that is focused on improving your core strength. It is designed to build core muscles while improving posture by performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles, as well as increase flexibility. You will be using exercise bands and weights throughout this class.


HOT 26

Students are taken through a series of 26 poses that build strength and increases flexibility, with emphasis on weaving breath and meditation with alignment. This heated class is designed to produce a detoxifying sweat. The 60 and 90-minute classes are practiced in a room set to 105 degrees and 60% humidity. A water bottle and towel are highly recommended. Please come to class well hydrated.



This restorative class will increase joint mobility and improves flexibility by applying moderate stress to the body’s connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, and fascia). Expect to hold each posture passively for 2-5 minutes, supported with props and blankets. To create a relaxing environment, classes are dimly lit with soft music. The class is not heated and is suitable for all levels.
